The online Number Nominations Form is now live for its second year, continuing to make the process easier and more efficient for all vendors. This streamlined system allows you to quickly submit your nominations while ensuring compliance with the 2026 Sale Terms and Conditions.
• Number Nominations Close: Monday, 4th May 2026
• Pedigree Nominations Close: 8th June 2026
• DNA Sire Verification & Pompes Negative Results Due: 8th June 2026
• Soundness Evaluation & Semen Testing Begins: 15th June 2026
• Vet Certificates Due: 31st August 2026

*Note: A $44/head non-refundable advertising fee is included in the nomination fee.
• DNA Sire Verification required for all registered animals by 8th June 2026. Without verification, animals will only be sold as commercial stock.
• Vaccination Records: Up-to-date 3-day sickness and 3-germ blood vaccinations, with a completed National Cattle Health Declaration.
• Pompes E7 Testing: All sale animals, including the sire of PTIC/semen package/calf at foot, must test negative. Results must be submitted by 8th June 2026.
• Soundness & Semen Testing: A minimum 40% semen test by a vet on an AACV form is required.
• Vet Certification: Cows with calves or PTIC must be verified by a vet from 24 months onwards.
• Branding & Appearance Standards: Readable fire brands, a full white blaze from the top of the head to the nose, and no excessive white, brindling, or double muscling.
