Registrations

Females

Females are adult registered at the time of recording and only attract one charge and a Registration Certificate is issued.

Bulls

Bulls are calf recorded before 12 months of age and a Registration Request Card (RRC) is produced and sent out.

Bulls are then Adult Registered at around 2 to 2 ½ if they are considered suitable. To do this you need to sign the RRC and send it to the office. This is processed and a Registration Certificate is issued.

Bulls can be Adult Registered  before 12 months of age and this will only attract one fee. If a bull is not recorded or registered and needs to be (and it is over 12 months old) it will attract a full Adult Registration fee as per the schedule.

‘N’ Recorded

‘N’ Records are used to record a calf against a female. The calf may have been culled for some reason though you may still wish to record it on the females breeding record.

These animals will not have a certificate printed for them however if, at any time, you wish to register one of these animals please advise the office and pay the nominated fee – the pedigree has already been recorded.

‘U’ Recorded

‘U’ Records are used to record commercial females and steers for Breedplan purposes.

These animals do not have a certificate printed for them, however if, at any time, you wish to register one of these animals please advise the office and pay the nominated fee – the pedigree has already been recorded.
