Please ensure you keep a record at home of any information you submit to the Society office for processing. The Society office has Produce and Pedigree forms to help with your records or you could look to purchase a computer program such as Herd Magic for this purpose.
Once your certificate and/or RRC’s are received it is important to check them against your records before filing for future reference. The Society office has Herd Book Certificate folders available for sale.
A full explanation of record keeping can be found in the Society Rules and ByLaws. You will receive a copy of this when your Membership is accepted. Please contact the Society office if you have any questions.
