Have you ever wondered what really happens after you pop that DNA sample in the mail?
Where does it go? Who handles it? What happens inside the laboratory? And what does the Australian Braford office do once those DNA results arrive?
Now's your chance to find out!
Australian Brafords is thrilled to bring members an exclusive online webinar that will take you behind the scenes of the complete DNA journey; from the moment you collect a sample from your animal right through to the final DNA results appearing on your registration.
Join Elsie Vincent, General Manager – Base Pair Genomics, alongside Samantha Hamilton, Executive Officer – Australian Braford Society, and Sharon Reynolds, Registrar – Australian Braford Society, as we lift the curtain on everything DNA!
You'll get an exclusive look at:
- What really happens to your DNA sample once it arrives at the laboratory.
- The fascinating science behind DNA testing and how results are generated.
- How samples are tracked and processed every step of the way.
- What happens behind the scenes once your results arrive at the Australian Braford office.
- How DNA underpins registrations, parent verification and genetic testing.
- Plus, your opportunity to ask the experts all those questions you've always wanted answered!
This isn't your typical technical webinar; it's an interactive, behind-the-scenes experience designed to connect the dots between your paddock, the laboratory and the Braford office.
Whether you've submitted one DNA sample or one thousand, you're guaranteed to come away with a greater understanding of the process and the people who make it all happen.
