We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of merchandise products appearing on the website are correct at the time you place your order. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions and prices appearing on this website may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Prices are in Australian Dollars ($), and include tax if applicable.
Title and risk in the goods, such as loss and damage, pass to you on delivery.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the merchandise delivered is to your satisfaction. If you have received damaged or incorrect goods, please notify us by email at admin@braford.org.au within seven (7) working days of the date when you received the goods. We can only accept returns if the goods are damaged in transit and provided that you have notified us within seven (7) working days of receipt. Items damaged in transit should be left in the original packaging enclosed in suitable return packaging. Any damage noticed upon delivery should be also taken up with the carrier prior to signing acceptance. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. The goods must be returned to us before we can action a refund. Any refunds granted will be credited to the debit card, credit card or paypal account used at the time of order processing, wherever possible.
