All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
Nominations fees include a $44 /head non-refundable advertising fee.

Registered, B, and Aged Registered Bulls: $126.50 /head
Herd bulls: $209 /head
Registered females: $99 /head
Semen packages: $99 /package

COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS

All registered animals must have DNA sire verification by Pedigree Nomination 11th June 2025.

No DNA Sire Verification means the animal can only be sold as a commercial animal.

• Up-to-date vaccinations for 3-day sickness and 3 germ blood [as per manufacturers instructions for use]. National Cattle Health Declaration to be filled in with dates of the above vaccinations, as well as any other vaccinations and treatments the animal has had, and presented with relevant paperwork at the sale.
• Pompes E7 results must be negative for all sale animals including Sire of PTIC / Semen package / calf at foot.
• All Pompes results must be received at the office by 11th June 2025 or the animal will NOT BE IN SALE DRAW.
• Soundness Evaluation and Semen test [Minimum 40%] by Vet on AACV form
• Cow with calf or positive PTIC from 24 months by Vet on AACV form

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• Vet testing can be done 12 weeks prior [16th June 2025] to Sale and AACV forms/Vet certificates are to be received by the office by NO LATER THAN Monday 25th August 2025
• Readable Fire Brand [registered Brand + animal ID on all registered animals, herd bulls and commercial females]
• Aged Bulls must be 43 months or older
• No – Brindling, Double Muscling or Excessive Freckling
• Must have at least a full white blaze from top of head to the nose
• Must not have excessive white
• Sheath to be of moderate development – not too loose or tight. Pendulous or excessively tight is not allowable and sheath hanging below the line of knee/hock is too loose

OPTIONAL

• Morphology testing within 6 months of the sale. Beginning on 8th March, results being received by 25th August 2025.
• Mouthing by a vet on AACV form.
• Pesti Virus results

IMPORTANT DATES

Number Nominations Close 1st May 2025.

Pedigree Nominations Close 11th June 2025.

DNA sire verification and Pompes negative results must be received by the office by 11th June 2025.

Sale Draw 25th June 2025.

Soundness evaluation and semen testing can begin 16th June 2025.

Failure to comply with Sale Terms and Conditions can mean disqualification and no refund of money paid.
